Complete the following to initiate your application for a first session
This is the first step. All steps must be completed before an initial session. After your initial session, you will be provided with a phone number to schedule subsequent sessions.
The process for initial session is as follows:
1. Complete the form below
2. Schedule a video call, responding to any follow-up questions included in an invitation that will be delivered by email
3. Submit deposit, sign waiver and agreement, and schedule your session - includes photo ID to verify legal age and identity
4. Arrive to your session thoroughly cleaned and sober and pay your balance
5. Experience your session, make any additional tribute
6. Receive a check-in call within 48 hours
RATES:
2 hours or more: $350hr
1 hour: $400
1 week virtual (1 hr video, daily texts/calls): $350
DEPOSITS:
No deposit is required for initial screening. A $100 deposit is required to hold a session two hours and under. A $200 deposit is required to hold a session over two hours. Deposits are applied to sessions. Cancellations over 48 hours in advance receive a 50% refund of deposts.
